Your climbing won’t improve from climbing alone. Stronger shoulders, better body tension, healthier fingers, and more pulling power all make a difference. That’s what Climbers Conditioning is built for.
This class combines targeted strength training with climbing-specific exercises to help you move better on the wall and stay resilient off it. We use light and medium weights to build functional strength, stability, and endurance without sacrificing mobility.
Each class includes:
• 20 minutes of upper-body strength training.
• 20 minutes of lower-body strength training.
• Campus board drills and pull-ups.
Perfect for climbers who want to:
• Climb harder.
• Avoid injuries.
• Break through plateaus.
• Build strength that translates directly to climbing performance.
Duration: 1 hour
