Slow Flow YogaSlow Flow is a restorative, therapeutic, deep stretch for climbers. It is designed to bring balance to the body and the mind. When we slow down we relax the nervous system. We focus on our breath, become stronger mentally, and physically, giving your body an opportunity to recover.
Strong Flow YogaStrong Flow yoga links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building flexibility, and endurance for climbers.

Yoga Conditioning classes incorporate free weights to strengthen your arms for the likes of planks, downward dogs, and arm balances. Additionally, Yoga Conditioning classes utilize other props—like blocks and sliders—to target specific areas of the body and activate other muscles to enhance your yoga practice.

That’s what Climbers Conditioning is built for.This class combines targeted strength training with climbing-specific exercises to help you move better on the wall and stay resilient off it. We use light and medium weights to build functional strength, stability, and endurance without sacrificing mobility.
Core for ClimbersCore strength is vital for all-around athletic performance and remains one of the most important aspects to improving your climbing ability. This 20-minute class focuses on core strengthening and endurance.
