Birthday Party

Cost: $329 for up to 10 participants, $24 for each additional participant up to 15 max.
Ages: 6 to 13 years old (please check out our Private Groups offering for other types of private events if your child is not within this age range).
Duration: 2 hours.
Included: Rental Gear & 2 Shaker Rocks Belayers.

*Additional belayers can be hired for $31/hr

Small snacks are allowed in the climbing area, however If you would like to bring more substantial food (pizza or cake), you must rent the private party room. The private party room is $75/hr with a minimum of 2 hours.

All birthday parties and private events must be booked at least three weeks in advance.

Note: Looking for a date or time not offered? Please call at least three weeks in advance and we will try to accomodate your needs.

Shaker Rocks is wheelchair accessible, however the mezzanine with yoga, free weights, and birthday party climbing is accessible only by stairs.  Shaker Rocks will make reasonable modifications to policies and programs for people with disabilities.

Waivers:

• Everyone attending your party needs a facility waiver on file, even if they're not climbing. Yep, even grandparents or infants.
• Waivers for youth (0-17 years old) must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian (not nannies or family friends).
• Please complete all waivers in advance: After you book your party, you will recieve an email that will have a button to "Manage your Event." Please use this button to send out the waivers to all of your guests. Asking them to fill it out ahead of time makes the check-in process a lot smoother.

Pricing:

• $329 for up to10 participants, $24 for each additional participant up to 15 max.
• 2 belayers are included; additional belayers can be hired for $29/hr
• A private party room is availabe to rent for $75/hr with a minimum of 2 hours.
• All payments are required upon making a reservation.
• We do not count non-climbing attendants (adults, infants, etc) toward the 10 participants. There is a spectator limit of 15 people due to space restrictions.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are only given when cancellations are made at least three weeks prior to the event. No shows, or cancellations made within 3 weeks will result in a forfeit of the amount paid. (We may be able to reschedule you for a different time slot, but there are no guarantees.)
